Return policy for Planted Creek that includes the requirement videos of seal breaking and unboxing for damaged products:

At Planted Creek, we take great care to ensure that your orders are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible. To help us process your return efficiently, we require that you provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage.

1. Reporting Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

2. Record the Videos of Seal Breaking and Unboxing:
-Before opening the package, start recording a video to capture the Seal Breaking and unboxing process.
- Ensure that the video clearly shows the condition of the package before opening.
- As you unboxing the item, make sure the video captures the damaged product and any relevant details.

3. Contact Us:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing [plantedcreek@gmail.com] or WhatsApp [7736629747].
- Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video.

4. Return Authorization
Once we receive your report and unboxing video, we will review the information and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.

5. Return Shipping
-Prepaid Shipping Label: If the return is approved due to damage, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
-Packaging: Use the original packaging if possible, or ensure the item is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.

6. Refunds and Replacements
- Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the replacement item(s) at no additional cost once the return is received and processed.

7. Exceptions
Please note that some items, such as Live plants , customized glass tanks , customized terrariums ,Live fishes , custom Products, may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly noted**


8. Non Returnable Items once Seal is Broken

Products that are sealed for hygiene and safety reasons (such as plant care product ,fertilizers ,fish food , conditioners and all other bottle product.) can not be returned once the seal is broken or packing is opened

-Any product with visible tampering of the original seal will not qualify for a return.

 

9. Wrong Product Delivery Terms

  1. you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery. To resolve the issue quickly, provide us with your order number and a photo of the wrong item.

-The correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost

-The incorrect item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in good condition

-We will arrange the return of the wrong product through our courier service.
